Our State Farm agency is looking for a top-performing Sales Agent who knows how to generate business, close deals, and deliver results. This is not an order-taking role, and it is not a position for someone who needs constant direction or motivation.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Prospecting aggressively through calls, follow-up, referrals, networking, and lead generation
  • Identifying customer needs and presenting the right State Farm insurance solutions
  • Selling auto, home, renters, life, health, and other applicable insurance products
  • Closing new business consistently and efficiently
  • Building and managing a strong pipeline
  • Maintaining disciplined follow-up with prospects and customers
  • Meeting and exceeding monthly production goals
  • Tracking activity, conversions, and sales performance
  • Delivering an outstanding customer experience while driving revenue growth

Qualifications

  • Prior sales experience required
  • Insurance sales experience preferred
  • Documented success in meeting or exceeding sales goals
  • Property & Casualty license preferred or ability to obtain
  • Life & Health license preferred or ability to obtain
  • Strong prospecting, objection-handling, and closing skills
  • High energy, strong work ethic, and competitive drive
  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to execute without being micromanaged
  • Coachable, accountable, and committed to winning
