What You’ll Do
- Prospect through calls, referrals, follow-up, networking, and lead generation
- Identify customer needs and recommend State Farm insurance products
- Sell auto, home, renters, life, health, and other applicable policies
- Build and manage a strong pipeline
- Deliver excellent customer service while driving new business
- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals
What We’re Looking For
- Prior sales experience required
- Insurance sales experience preferred
- Strong communication, prospecting, and closing skills
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and coachable
- Property & Casualty license preferred or ability to obtain
- Life & Health license preferred or ability to obtain
Compensation & Benefits
- Up to $30/hour base pay - depending on experience and performance
