What You'll Do
- Consult with customers to understand their insurance needs and recommend personalized coverage solutions.
- Quote, present, and close auto, home, life, and other insurance products.
- Follow up with qualified leads and generate new business opportunities.
- Build lasting relationships through exceptional customer service.
- Manage your sales pipeline and maintain accurate client records.
- Work collaboratively with a supportive, experienced team focused on achieving results.
What We're Looking For
- Previous sales experience required (insurance sales preferred but not required).
- Current Property & Casualty license preferred, or the ability to obtain licensing within 90 days of hire.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.
- Organized, dependable, and committed to delivering an outstanding customer experience.
Compensation & Benefits
- Up to $30/hour, based on experience
